Well, 4 quarters equal 1 dollar, a dollar equals a buck, a Buck and a Doe equal a fawn, fawn rhymes with lawn, you water your lawn with water, and fish swim in water. So, therefore, by the transitive property, "1 is a quarter of" equals fish.

Hi a quarter is 1/4 of a number
    Ex:
    a quarter of a dollar is 25. That's 25=quarter and 100=a dollar in pennies,
a quarter of an hour is 15. 15 = quarter and 60 = the hour.
in both these examples the quarter is 1/4 of the whole number. Like the pie in the other exaple. Hope this helps.

Cap... I was doing my best not to give away who got the right answer but yes. Fish is the answer. In reality it is a Babelfish. (see Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy film) or better still read the book.

The movie was awful. The book is excellent.

You don't need to explain hitchiker's guide references to the British, we are born with innate knowledge of Douglas Adam's work ;)

Yes, thank you for your support.
It is nice to strengthen my extremely weak reputation.
