    Chevy van with o2 sensor
I have a 06 Chevy Express van 3500, 6.0L engine. Check engine light comes on with o2 sensor coming up on bank 2, sensor 1 and 2. I have peplaced both sensors and cleared the codes. That light came back on after about 50 miles. When the light comes back on it will only throw one code, sensor 1 or 2.

    Any ideads? Van runs great!

    What is/are the code(s)?
There's probably nothing wrong with either sensor.
The sensors only tell the ECM what is going on in the exhaust, not how it got that way.
You need to check for vacuum leaks or perhaps another fault somewhere else.
This will likely require hands-on diagnosis so that the ECM data stream can be monitored.

The codes are p059 and p060, bank 2 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 2. I agree with you... I'm thinking an intake or bad injector. Any other ideas?
