    John deere l120 starts then runs for about 15 seconds and stalls won't restart
    John deere l120 will start and run for about 15 seconds then stalls and won't resart for about ten minutes then does the same thing again, fuel filer is clear, gas flows freely all the way to the bowl, any help would be appreciated

    Is the carb gravity fed or is there a fuel pump?

    Clean out the vent hole in the fuel tank cap, mine did the same thing, and dirt had plugged the little vent hole.

    Hi,
    If your fuel line is at the very center of the rear, make sure that it is in the groove cast into the tank. It could be to one side and pinched between the tank and frame. They had that problem for a couple of years.
