Bump on kneecap no pain during exercise
I have a small lump on the top of my right knee. I exercise everyday and eat a healthy diet. Just noticed it a few days ago. It doesn't hurt when I exercise, but does hurt if I apply slight pressure to it. Anybody know what this might be?

My be a cyst or a bone spur. Either way it will go away but check in with your doctor for sure :)
