    Well, you certainly can't buy on line without a credit card unless you ask that items be shipped 'cash on delivery'. How did you expect us to help you with this?

    If you expect to buy on line then you have to have a credit card. If you don't have one then either get one or don't shop on line simple as that. As noted above what do you expect us to do?

    Yes, you check with your local banks about getting a credit card.
