Under the skin on the bottom left when I squeez it blood comes out and it slightly hurts it loos like a pimple but it is up-risen and has no puss kind of like a spider bite but its not... any help will do id put a pick on but I don't know where to add it at.. thanks

It could be an STD, or it could be from masturbating too much. Only a doctor who gives you a physical exam can tell you what this is.

You need to see a doctor about this, don't leave your reproductive health in the hands of strangers over the internet.

No age has nothing to do with it. It could be nothing more than a sebaceous cyst, but only a doctor can tell you that. Please stop poking it, you risk introducing infection.

OK well ill just let you know that I poked it again and drew all the puss out and now the lump is gone thanks for you professional advice you nurses and doctors think you know everything I'm perfectly fine now dumb telling me it was an std thanks for getting me all freaked out you people shouldn't be able to post your opinion and why the link to upload photo if you can't even do it??

It is probably a boil (infected abcess), often caused by an ingrown hair.
