    "Contract for Deed" dispute
    I entered into a contract for deed in the state of Florida... before the document could be filed, discovered that the owner had a tax lien on the property. What are my options?

    Hello 13:

    What does your contract say about the owner delivering clear title? If it says NOTHING about it, you need to hire a real estate attorney.
