His Past Record, Violating Probation, And Sentencing
Ok so my boyfriend got out of prison in 2007 for robbery, having a fire arm, and malious wounding. He served almost 3 years all together being locked up. While he was out on probation he got a hit and run charge which sentenced him to over night in jail and a bond of $100, but the judge didn't violate him then because it was just a mistaminer. But then a couple of months later he got into something else and ended up back in court which the judge told him to report to OAR to check in with someone every week and he got released with a PR bond. Now He is back in jail this time for probation violation because he got caught
Stealing from walmart, for pissin dirty a whole lot of time, and not turning himself in when he was suppost to pull weekends. The question i want to ask is does the judge go back and look at all your past records to see how much time they will determain? Cause he also has attempted murder on his record already. Also, he thinks hes gonna prob get 6 months... do you think thats a realistic sentencing what he's being charged with now and lookin back at his previous record?? Please HELP ME!!

Yes, the judge will review all of his past record in pre sentence review.

So you don't think he's going to have to pull prison time?
