A reaction kinetics can be 'equated' to a reaction rate. So, an initial reaction kinetics is the initial rate of a reaction. However, kinetics also involves some details like the different mechanisms occurring in the reaction.

From Peroxidase - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

While the exact mechanisms have yet to be elucidated, peroxidases are known to play a part in increasing a plant's defenses against pathogens.
Peroxidase is an oxidising agent and can remove some waste materials from a cell, or an organism.

From Amylase - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Amylase is an enzyme that breaks starch down into sugar.
While Amylase enzymes are found naturally in yeast cells, it takes time for the yeast to produce enough of these enzymes to break down significant quantities of starch in the bread.
In the second one, it gives the answer as to how is the amylase is used in cells.

From Protease - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A protease (also termed peptidase or proteinase) breaks down proteins.
These enzymes are involved in a multitude of physiological reactions from simple digestion of food proteins [... ] Proteases are involved in digesting long protein chains into short fragments, splitting the peptide bonds that link amino acid residues.
Acid proteases secreted into the stomach (such as pepsin) and serine proteases present in duodenum (trypsin and chymotrypsin) enable us to digest the protein in food; proteases present in blood serum (thrombin, plasmin, Hageman factor, etc.) play important role in blood-clotting, as well as lysis (breaking) of the clots, and the correct action of the immune system. Other proteases are present in leukocytes (elastase, cathepsin G) and play several different roles in metabolic control. Proteases determine the lifetime of other proteins playing important physiological role like hormones, antibodies, or other enzymes
