    How to appeal for unimployment benefit denied for family medical hardship
    As a result of severe depression, my son in Oregon made a suicide attempt for which he was hospitalized. I was employed in Arizona but found it impossible to help him long distance so relocated to Oregon. Arizona's determination was "voluntary quit".
