Why WinZip shows better compression ratio for color images?

For colou image displays 90% commpression ratio.
Where as for same size diplys less results

I just purchased some new dome pistons that the manufacturer has said will raise my compression to 13.5:1. Now we can probably assume that it won't get that high; I'm thinking it will be 13:1. With that being said, will I be able to run 92 octane in my car with this ratio?
