Do you have a water softener or filter in the home? If so, change the filter, and put the water softener on bypass. Any water now?

Answer Lees question and it may solve your problems.
If not we cam walk you through flushing out your pipes and faucets. First, remove every areator from the spouts of your faucets. Do you see dirt on them?
Can you now turn on the faucet and get a good flow? Let me know. Tom
