    Landlord is selling house
    I would like to how long I have before I have to move after my landlord sells the house I am living in?

    Hello PR:

    You may not have to move at all, depending on the new owner. If you have a lease, the new owner inherits it. If you are on a month to month, either the new or the old landlord can give you 30 days notice.
