    What are ctg files? I found this:

    But they don't seem to be a image type. Where did you get the file from?

    Most cameras produce JPGs. If your Canon produces ctgs, then you probably have to use the software that came with the camera to convert.

    Basically you can't as CTG files AREN'T pictures.
