    Frameless shower door
Just got a frameless shower door. Water leaks out by dripping down 1 inch space between vertical edge of door (where clip hinges are) and tile wall. Water falls down wall and then leaks out onto bathroom floor. Someone said caulk the space from ground up to first clip. Any suggestions?

Are you missing any pieces? Is the shower unit to big for the door unit?
There should be no gaps to allow any water to exit the shower area.

Yes, there is a gap where the door hinge clips are. The installations in showrooms (Expo, etc.) I have seen always have some kind of gap there, otherwise you would be using a U channel on the door and not really have frameless, no? Thanks.

There are clear u-channel seals that you can install along the bath wall and door hinge area to prevent leakage.

To see what I mean go to eshowerdoor.com and click on hardware, scroll down to seals.
