    I had a headache on the right side of my head then pain and tightness in my neck
    I had pain on the right side of my head that radiated down to my neck (same side). My neck felt like it was squeezing the pain continued to my chest and arm. This lasted for only a few minutes and really scared me. A week and a half later the same thing happened. What do you think caused this?

    Without knowing your complete medical history there is no way to know what caused this. You need to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
