    My rights as a tenant in nys
    I live in Dutchess County NY and I am renting a private house does my landlord have the right to force to let one of their friends park in the driveway of the house I am renting from them?

    If the parking doesn't interfere with your use of the property then there is probably nothing you can do. It may depend on how the lease is worded.
