    Bank levy
    Today found that my finds in my bank savings account were frozed all $23,909. A levy had been placed on all funds by an engineering company that I worked for and received a 1099 form for and paid taxes on in 2008.

    How do I have my funds released?

    A company can't levy your account
    It has to be a court order, Do you have a judgement against you? Please give us a little more details
