    m.tech distance learning
I want to know whether a bca grad is eligible to do ME/M.Tech? What difference does it make when a bca grad does ME, M.Tech, MCA or MS, and which is better for employability?
Also which are the best universities in India/Karnataka offering distance learning for these?

For mtech you have to do your masters like mca. Because for mtech you hv to be msc o be/btech/mca.
