    My wireless internet won't work
    I have a h/p laptop with time warner service. I'm able to use the laptop wait it's plug into the modem but not wireless. I can't remember how to sign in.

    Are you sure the wireless is turned on? Most HPs have a switch to turn it on and off.

    Does it work in other locations?

    Is the manual switch on (as suggested above)?

    Is the adapter enabled/drivers up to date?

    Do you have a wireless router/modem?

    Do other wireless devices work at your location?

There is no connection problem as AOL is working fine - but if I try to open IE it opens but just does nothing for about 2 minutes then says "not responding" and I have to close it!! Grrrr... any ideas?? Laura :(
