Lifetime movie title?
I have been trying to find the title of this movie for a long time. All I remember about it is it is mainly about 2 women who create a shelter that provides (possibly foster?) care for children taken from their parents due to social services. It involves a little girl with a scar on her face that she does not want to get rid of until the end. Also, one of the counselors has a daughter who resents her because she believes her mom cares more about her job than her. Finally, she goes and sees what her mom does and ends up helping too.

There is a movie on lifetime which is about a guy who kills girls, and ties weights to them, and puts them in a lake, and dresses them up and calls it his garden. I can't think of the name of this movie and it is KILLING me... hopefully someone can help me think of the title... thankss:)
