    To whom it may concern,

    I am writing to you regarding my under 14's football team, (insert name). Currently we are (list achievements).

    Go on then to refer to your sponsorship you receive now if any. Outline what their sponsorship would go towards.

    My team and I would be greatly appreciative of any help that you could give. In return the logo of your company will be put on our jerseys or however you aim to return their kindness.
