I have read on several sites including this one that the coil should have a value of .3-.8 ohms or toss it. I have replacer the igniter and no spark and the coil shows 1.1 ohms. I have measured 4 different new coilds at 2 auto parts stores and they all show 1.0 ohms? I connected a standard coil...

My lawn mower click one time upon turner the key,Thinking that I had a solenoid problem I removed it from the mower. I have since found this web site and now I am not sure. I have a volt meter and I was thinking I could test the switch with it. HELP:confused:
Ok to connect 8 ohm speakers to 4 ohm stereo?

I have a mini stereo that comes with speakers rated at 4 ohms. I want to hook up the stereo to the in-wall speakers in the bathroom, which are rated at 8 ohms. Is this doable as-is? If not, are there any (reasonable) means of making it so? Thanks for any advice!
Wiring 2 dual 4 ohm subs to get a 2 ohm load

I have 2 12"alpine type are subs that are dual 4 ohm and a kenwood amp that is 500 watts at 2 ohm and 300 watts at 4 ohm. Can I hook up my subs to get a 2 ohm load and how? It's a mono amp.
