    Law, salaried employee
    I am on salary and if I need to leave early my boss takes the time out of my vacation hours. I ofter have to work at night in addition to putting in 40 hours plus during the day. Is this legal?

    Forty hours is the limit where I come from. If you are working more then that, then its over time.

    Find a spine and tell your boss, no more nights !
