    The mira elite is an electric power shower and unfortunately they have yet to catch on over here in the states. I would suggest that you check the electrical fuse or breaker panel and see if you are getting power to the unit. If you are, then the only other advice I can give you is to call a local plumber and see what he thinks... sorry!
