Considered decrimation of charter using other people to judge you?
Wouldn't it be decrimination of character for the DA or the judge to sentence you going by the other people who were with you an has crimanal records verses someone who doesn't have nothing?

No, it wouldn't be defamation, or "defamation of character" to listen to witnesses who have criminal records.

You have the right to put on whatever witnesses you want, whether they have records. It's up to the judge to decide who to believe.
