Would 10% Hydroquine and Trent A suit what I want
Hey its been awhile since I came on here. I made this topic back in September and since then had good times with good friends. Had some emotional breakdowns and a lot of has passed and all.

    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/skin-l...g/index16.html

Well I am still interested yet I want something between a caramel tone and what I stated in the topic. I finally broke down the damn stupid myths of hydroquine through research. And I think I can do it. First I am going to plot out how to get there with all the supplies I need. Where to get it, calculating costs and etc but I yet wonder how and if its possible?

    Hey!
I'm so glad to see your back!
Hope everything is OK with you now, it's a new year so keep your head up! :)

I honestly think you don't need 10%hq, a 4%hq cream would really help in lightening your complexion, 4%hq + 0.1% retin A you can purchase at Alldaychemist.com in bulk. You don't have to start with such a high percentage hydroquinone cream, sometimes that can leave a patchy and uneven lightening to the skin, you want your lightening to look as natural as possible.

Use the 4%hq/retin A 0.1% gel (maximum strength) for a while and you'll like the significant lightening. Many have used this combo with great success.

Welcome back KRIS P KRIS, I was wondering what had happened to you and what regimen you chose.

I have been using hq 4% and retin-a (tretinoin) 0.05% and so far I have been able to lighten my skin 3.5-4 shades.

You can use Hq 4% along with retin-a and still reach at the least close to your goal if you stick to this regimen, following the proper instructions, and over time with patience you can achieve this. This is the amount that dermatologists prescribe to their patients. There is no need to use Hq10%, and the high percentage hq can place your skin at higher risks of being damaged.

It is BEST to start with a low strength of retin-a if you are not accustomed to using exfoliators, have sensitive skin, and hq has the tendency of making the skin more sensitive as well. The strengths are 0.025% being the mildest, 0.05% being the general strength used (I use this) and 0.1% being the strongest and not recommended to be used first, as the skin should build tolerance with retinoids and any other forms of exfoliators. Immediately jumping to the highest maximum strength can effect some people's skin in a negative way and cause burns and skin darkening due to the skin not given the chance to build tolerance. Not recommended.

Although this route is working for me and many others and many Hq negatives are myths and hq can be safely used... hq is not your only option.

And ALWAYS use a good sunblock high in spf (use at least 55 or higher, prefer spf 70-100). Good brand is Neutrogena with Helioplex)

All Day Chemist or Super Skin Store are the places, you can look through Google. If you are consistent daily, always use sunblock with high spf before going out, exfoliate on regular basis, and are patient.. in time it should be able to lighten you up to a caramel complexion and possibly lighter, but everyone's skin is different so only time will tell how light it can make you. Alldaychemist the prices are cheapest ($2-3 per tube) but the s&h is high. I get in bulk since the shipping & handling does not increase. Superskinstore is $15 per tube, s&h $3, but you'll have to be living in the U.S. or Canada.
