New hard drive and recovery disks
I am replacing a hard drive on a Gateway computer. I have the factory recovery disks for the computer. Question is, will the recovery disks restore windows, or am I stuck having to buy a copy?

    Thanks in advance.

The recovery discs normally have a clean image of your computer as you got it from new, so you don't need a separate OS disc.
