Let me see what my crystal ball thinks your asking? Is it "Is the equation in slope/intercept form?

    or something else?

Let's try for some punctuation and capitalization in your sentences next time too, OK?

y=(1/2)x-5. 1/2 is the slope (rise/run) and -5 is where the line intersects with the y-axis. To fine where the line intersects the x-axis, set y=0, and solve
for x. In this case, when y=0, x=10. To find where the line intersects the y-axis, set x=0, then solve for y. I hope this is helpful to you. Good luck!
