    Food safety management
    I am writing an assignment on food safety management for Level 4 CIEH. I am struggling on what this part entails as I have had no guidance to run off.

    Has anyone ever done somehting like this before?

    Have you ever heard of the H.A.C.C.P.

    Hazard analysis critical control point.

    It's a food management system.

    It should cover a lot of what your looking for.
