    Where on my computer can I find AbiWord
    I just downloaded AbiWord. Where do I find it so I can type.. Im a pretty Stupid to all who are wondering...

    First step is to look at your desktop and see if there is an icon there you can click to open up AbiWord. If there is no icon, then click your Start button (assuming you have Windows. It's the little button that says "Start" in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.) Click "All Programs", and from there look for AbiWord in that list.

    No that's why I got AbiWord just so I can have spell check on my word pad.

    When you download anything it asks what folder to store the downloaded file in. Usually it's a folder named downloads. You need to pay attention to what folder this is.

    Go back to where you downloaded and get the exact filename. Then search your system for it.
