When I get tired I feel dizzyness and cold
Hi I have noticed in the afternoons I feel very dizzy and start to shiver, I also gety really bad head aches during this time. The only way I can overcome it is to lay down and have a sleep for an hour, this normally helps.. And help would be appreciated
