    80's kids shows live action canada
    I am trying to figure out a kids show that I used to watch in the 80's or 90's. This is all I remember from it and it has been driving me nuts. All I remember is a back of a building with a black fire escape going up. And then I remember the scene from inside the building. I remember a work shop and I believe a man was there working with an apron. And there was a toy train, kind of like the one from mr. rogers (but it definitely isn't mr.rogers) and the train would go back and forth from the work shop to the balcony outside, and I remember the people passed like orange juice! If anyone could help that would be fantatsic!! Oh you I grew up in Canada!
