    Is my property in foreclosure
    I live in phoenix,az at 13035 n. 34 str. #15 is my rental property in forecloser

    You can ask the owner of the property, you can go to the courthouse and see if there has been any foreclosure filed in court yet.

    You can not find out if they are behind in their payments and almost in foreclosure.

    But you have to pay rent as long as you are living there normally anyway.

    Next since you gave an apartment number it appears to sound like an apartment building, so even if it does foreclose, most likely the new buyer will still want to use it as a rental
