    No hot water upstairs
    Hot water lasts for less than 3 minutes upstairs, downstairs is fine. Moved in a few months ago, problem is getting progressively worse as it gets colder outside. The heating system is oil, with no (large) traditional hot water heater to be seen, just a tank approximately the size of a propane tank attached to the oil heater. What can I do that is relatively cheap to fix this?
