Can't find 'Deep flange escutcheons' for clawfoot tub application.
I'm remodeling my downstairs bath which I'd put in myself 10+ years ago. Going good, except I'm hung up on a detail and not sure what to do.

After setting the tile I was ready to replumb the clawfoot tub (which was moving into this room from the upstairs one where I put a shower in). Part of the remodel was turning the tub around to its current facing, as it never pitched the right way before, and even after jacking up the entire house and installing new beams wouldn't drain without putting spacers under the back feet.

... so after refinishing the feet in a silver and the exterior of the tub in pure white this is about what it looks like.

I'm very happy with it, but since the old supply tubes and the new bath drain are chrome and very nice looking, I wanted to put a deep flange style escutcheon (Deep Flange, 1/2" x 5/8" Chrome # PP99PC by Plumb Pak Corporation ) on all the parts to cover the floor penetrations. The drain OD is 1 3/8", and I could live with a 1 1/2" escutcheon over it, but when it comes to the supply tubes which are all of 7/8", my local supply house, home depot, Lowe's and even the internet seem barren for a part that will work.

Not sure where to go from here. I really want that particular look, as it has little to do with the actual plumbing needs. I could get shallow escutcheons for everything, but... yuck.

Try plumbingsupply.com. If you are getting hung on find ones that will fit the 7/8" hole, you might have to settle for something bigger, and covering the space with something, or using a snips and cutting the hole larger. Your bathroom is lovely! Good luck!

Deep escutcheons are readily available in stores that cater to professionals, like Ferguson Enterprises, Hirsh Pipe and Supply, Pyramid Plumbing Supply, and/or Leif Ball Plumbing Supply in So.California.
