Did you recently see that movie? If it's anything like the movie there would be so much destruction that the internet would be shut down.

It would still exist but most likely unable to work properly with all the damage done to the towers and stuff that connects us to the interweb.

Anywhozzils-- world is not going to end in 2012, unless you kill yourself on that date then you'll still live..

Essh does anyone know if there are any cults out there getting ready for suicide? I remember that happening with the whole Y2K thing in 2000.

If you think about this for more than several seconds you'd soon realise it's a completely fatuous question.

After all if the world ends where's the power?

Aztec descendants were interviewed about the world ending in 2012. After they stopped laughing, they said that's just the end of one time, and the beginning of a new time, like how we divide geological ages.

The chance of the internet simply ending are about the same as winning a triple roll over on EVERY major lottery in the world in the same week!!

The Internet is so much MORE than the simple WWW we are used to.

Please either engage what ever passes for intellect or do some research.

What do you think?

Internet nerds would be forced to go outside.

There would be less jobs.

Things would be a little harder without the internet for businesses so they'd have to rely on old methods and go back to paper.

People would probably be thinner too- not sitting on the PC all day munching on food.

Strip Clubs would be a lot more successful-- there wouldn't be all that free [awesome] porn.

If the world were to end, then whop would be left to care about the Internet. If the Internet were to end, then commerce as we know it would come to just about a standstill.
