    It's a number... pi is 3.141592654

    11 pi gives (11*pi) = 34.5575... = 34.6 (to 3 significant figures)
    11pi / 3 gives (11*pi / 3) = 11.51917... = 11.5 (to 3 significant figures)

    Or if you are talking about angles, pi is for 180 degrees.
    So, 11pi / 3 is (11*180 / 3) 660 degrees.
