    Electrice singer sewing machine how old is it?
    I have an electric Singer sewing machine. Serial # G6507496. Very detailed scroll work, gold red and green. Looks like an antique. Can anyone tell me how old this machine is and it's value?

I have a 457 Singer sewing machine . It has a knob on the front base of the machine that has the letters d, r, f. This knob does something but I don't know what. Can anyone help me figure this out?
