    My Hard drive is not showing up
    Hi I need help really bad I've connected my ide cables the cd rom registers but the hard drive won't show up the power is on the hard drive powers up but doesn't register please help me I need my computer

    Your question is a little confusing, I'll list the errors that I think it might be
    1.check all connection, power on hard drive, ide cable connect properly
    2. bad ide cable
    3.if you are using one ide connector on your motherboard make sure you have to set master and slave properly...
