Just write it out first on paper or your normal computer, then get someone to help you put it together with any illustrations on Powerpoint.
The important thing is that the material should be interesting and to the point. Don't get hung up on graphics just because you can. They are less interesting to your audience than you think.
For what it's worth, I had to do a presentation recently, and everyone else was doing Powerpoint presentations, most of which overran by huge amounts. I stood up, talked for ten minutes (watching my audience to see how they were reacting) and answered questions for five. I got voted the best presentation of the weekend.
