    What is this song?
    It's a song with the lyrics "What's the matter, man" and what sounds like after that, "I'm blue-eyed, blue-eyed." It's not "What's the Matter Man" by the Rollins Band.

    Do you recall the tempo of the song you are in search of ? I am not sure but by your description it reminds me of a song performed by MIKA, entitled, Blue Eyes.
