    Is this Breast Cancer?
    I have a fairly hard lump in each of my breasts. They are painless until you press them really hard.
    I am 13 years old
    I am a female.

    This is why you do self breast exams, so that if you discover something different or a change, you go to your doctorand have it checked out.
