Need to know something about my finger
The other day, my cat accidentally clawed my finger (the pinky) and it was actually a pretty bad little split (I think it's a bit deep) it bled at first but I cared for it properly by cleaning it and always wearing first aid tape on it but today when I was changing the tape, the skin (only the part of my finger that has been covered by the tape) is kind of white and a bit pruney(or wrinkly). My question is, why does it look like that?

The skin is white and wrinkled, not from the cat bite, but from too much moisture under the dressing. It is a natural occurrence.

"moisture under the dressing"? Don't quite understand please explain and by the way it's not a bite she did it with her claw.

Your finger has gotten wet under the dressing. Skin has the same effect when it has been in the water a long time

OK so when I wash my hands and the first aid tape gets wet it causes my finger to turn white? Will the color come back automatically?

Yes, the color will come back and the wrinkling will go away once the finger is dried after being exposed to air again.
