    Wash your face before and after bed, wash off make-up every night if you wear make-up. Use face wash. Stay away from sweets, anything with a ton of sugar, stay away from pop also.

    It is sometimes expensive but try medical acne cream.

    I have pimples and I get rid of them by wassing my face with a toner and its not expensive and if it dries your skin(mine does)you can use some moistiraizing cream
