I want to go home with my baby
I moved to Texas for my husband, when our daughter was 10 months. He wanted to start this whole new life. So I gave up my life in the state where both him and I lived our whole lives to be with him. We have a two year old, we have only been married for 1 year and 1/2 and he turned into a different man. He basically started a life without me but with someone else when he got here. As I tried to work on our marriage, he was obvouisly working on other things. He now after almost two years of being here he has cheated, lied and saved his money while I continue to pay the bills.
Now that I have tried everything and he can not make it work, I want to go home! I am not from here, I do not like it here and I do not want to live here. I moved here for my husband who obvouisly is no the man I thought, and if we are not together I want to go home. Where I have support, of family and friends whether it be with the baby or mentally. I have no support system...
He said he will not let me leave the state with his child, he said if I go he will claim kid napping. How is that possible, with everything I have been through he should be grateful I still speak to him. Is this true will that be what happens, and if so we both know due to the amount of money I make to what he makes and all that I do that I will get custody. But what if I do not want to live here? Or even if I found a better job in California , I can not move to advance in my career? What do I do, I can not imagine being stuck here forever.

A judge may allow you to move to another state but it would have to be in the best interest of the child. No one can tell you for sure what will happen in the courtroom but it seems more likely that if your husband objects to you moving to another state with your child, then the judge probably will not allow it.

And yes, parents have been arrested and convicted of kidnapping their own children.
