    "Eldest of Oldest" among the team?
    Which is correct? He is the ELDEST or OLDEST in our group,

    There are a lot of opinions on this issue if you search "eldest vs oldest".
    One site says eldest is used only for family comparisons, and eldest can be used only for people, while oldest can be used for people or objects.
    If eldest can only be used with family, oldest would seem to be correct in your example.
