    Last will and Testament: question, Does a last will and testament have to be executed as it is written or can the Administraor pay out heirs as his wishes?

    As its written. If the deceased wanted his stuff to be just handed out as some random person saw fit he wouldn't have bothered to make a will.

    Obviously, as written. As steve mentioned why bother with a will if it dosen't matter.
