    Change Of Parents
    Ok, so my mum and dad split up when I was in year 7. My dad left while I was at year 7 camp. I was crushed. I thought I did something wrong. So I lived with my mum for a few months or so and NEVER saw my dad. I helped my mum cope with it all and just held my feelings in so I wouldn't hurt her. Then my dad found someone else and he had a kid with her and I was OK with that and now I am happy for him and I see him every second weekend and I have the time of my life. My mum now however has found a boyfriend and we live with him. She isn't the same. He gets pissed of with me and my brother for no reason at all! He hurts my feelings and he verbally abuses me my brother his kids even mum sometimes. I want to live with dad but he lives about 2 hours away from home and its really difficult. What do I do? Its so complicated.:(

    Unless your parents agree on a custody change your Father would have to petition the Court, requesting that you live with him.

    On one hand you say you want to live with him; on the other hand he lives 2 hours away.

    I realize it's complicated but what do YOU want to do?
