    Divorce & accident settlement
    I live in Florida, I was in an accident a few months back, My husband asked for a divorce when I was going through theropy. I have a lawyer, My question is : Is my husband intitled to any of my settlement from the law suit?

    Has it been paid yet? If so, possibly, if you are still waiting for it, probably not. I would drop your lawyer a quick note to confirm this, but I'm 99% sure if it isn't already in your joint bank accounts, its safe.
